Brazil Potash raises $63.2M in May public offering, reports Q3 net loss of $1.2 million
GROBrazil Potash Corp.
Brazil Potash Corp. filed its unaudited interim financial statements for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2026. The company reported a net loss of $1.2 million for the third quarter, a significant improvement from the $11.9 million loss in the same period last year, driven by lower share-based compensation and gains on warrant liabilities. For the first nine months, the net loss narrowed to $10.5 million from $45.2 million. Cash balances increased to $68.6 million, largely due to a public offering completed on May 4, 2026, which raised gross proceeds of $63.2 million through the sale of common shares and pre-funded warrants. The company remains in the exploration and development phase for its Autazes Project in Brazil and has not yet commenced commercial mining operations.
