GSK reports Ris-Rez reduced progression risk by 67% in China osteosarcoma phase III trial

GSK announced positive results from the ARTEMIS-011 pivotal phase III trial of risvutatug rezetecan (Ris-Rez) in China for relapsed osteosarcoma. The study met its primary endpoint, showing a 67% reduction in disease progression or death versus chemotherapy (HR 0.33). Median progression-free survival was 5.5 months with Ris-Rez compared to 1.4 months with the comparator. These findings support a regulatory submission by licensee Hansoh Pharmaceutical and inform GSK's ongoing global phase II development program for advanced sarcomas.
