GXO Logistics reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $3.6 billion, a 5.7% increase from the prior-year period, driven by 6.4% organic growth. Net income rose to $65 million, or $0.56 diluted EPS, compared with $60 million and $0.51 in the year-ago quarter. Adjusted diluted EPS increased to $0.89 from $0.79. The company secured $375 million in new business wins, up 34% year over year, bringing year-to-date wins above $1 billion. GXO repurchased $84 million of shares during the quarter and reaffirmed its full-year guidance for organic revenue growth of 4% to 5% and adjusted EBITDA of $945 million to $965 million.
