HCA Healthcare has adopted the 2026 Executive Officer Performance Excellence Program, which weights cash performance awards at 80% for EBITDA targets and 20% for quality metrics. Target award opportunities for 2026 range from 100% to 175% of base salary for various named executives, including CEO Samuel N. Hazen. Separately, Robert J. Dennis will retire from the Board of Directors effective April 23, 2026.
