Healthcare Services Group acquires NEXDINE Hospitality for $93.5M to expand senior living services

Healthcare Services Group entered into a Membership Interest Purchase Agreement on October 6, 2026, to acquire all outstanding equity interests of NexDine, LLC and Xendella, LLC (NEXDINE Hospitality) from Real Artisan Brands, LLC. The transaction carries an aggregate purchase price of approximately $93.5 million, subject to customary adjustments, plus contingent consideration based on future performance conditions. HCSG funded the cash consideration using existing cash reserves. NEXDINE will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary retaining its brand and headquarters in Mansfield, Massachusetts, under current CEO David Lanci. The acquisition is expected to contribute over $150 million in annual revenue and expands HCSG's footprint into senior living and hospitality-driven care markets. Healthcare Services Group provides environmental and dietary management services within the healthcare industry.
