Harley-Davidson reports Q3 net income of $43M, appoints two new directors to its Board
HOGHarley-Davidson, Inc.
Harley-Davidson reported third-quarter net income attributable to shareholders of $43 million, down from $377 million in the prior year period. The decline was primarily driven by Harley-Davidson Financial Services shifting to an asset-light model following the sale of securitization beneficial interests and retail finance receivables. HDMC revenue fell 10 percent to $964 million due to lower shipment volumes, though gross margin improved to 28.1 percent. The company raised its full-year operating income guidance for both HDMC ($25-$55 million) and HDFS ($60-$70 million). Concurrently, the Board increased in size from eight to ten directors, appointing Anthony D. Fassino and Bryan E. Slone as independent members effective October 28, 2026. Harley-Davidson manufactures motorcycles and provides financial services.
