Honeywell International Inc. completed the spin-off of its Aerospace Technologies business into an independent public company, Honeywell Aerospace, effective June 29, 2026. Shareholders received one share of Aerospace Common Stock for every two shares of Honeywell common stock held as of the June 15, 2026, record date. Concurrently, the company executed a 2-for-1 reverse stock split, reducing the number of outstanding shares by half and decreasing authorized shares from 2 billion to 1 billion. Executive officer James Currier resigned from Honeywell to become President and CEO of the newly independent Honeywell Aerospace. Honeywell now operates as Honeywell Technologies. Honeywell is a diversified technology company.
