Dr. Richards will serve until the 2027 Annual Meeting and has been appointed to the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, the Finance and Capital Allocation Committee, and the Technology and Information Security Committee. His compensation includes a prorated annual cash retainer and a $90,000 restricted stock grant scheduled for August 1, 2026.
