IDT Corporation's subsidiary, IDT Telecom, entered into an amendment to its revolving credit agreement with TD Bank on August 13, 2026. The amendment increases the maximum revolving credit amount to $50.0 million during May and December of each calendar year, up from $25.0 million in other months.
