On June 9, 2026, Irwin Katsof resigned from the IDT Corporation Board of Directors and its respective committees, stating the departure was not due to disagreements regarding operations, policies, or practices. Simultaneously, the Board appointed William Conkling to the Board, effective June 9, 2026. Mr. Conkling, the current Chief Commercial Officer of Protara Therapeutics Inc., will serve as the Audit Committee Chairman and Financial Expert, and will also join the Compensation and Corporate Governance committees.
