IDEX Corporation announced the appointment of Sean M. Gillen as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective January 5, 2026, and the resignation of Melissa S. Flores as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, effective December 19, 2025. Mr. Gillen’s compensation package includes a $625,000 base salary, a $3,000,000 new hire restricted stock award, and a $325,000 cash sign-on bonus.
