NovaBridge Biosciences appoints Chuck Silberstein as CFO succeeding Kyler Lei

NovaBridge Biosciences announced the appointment of Charles "Chuck" Silberstein, M.D., M.B.A., CFA, as Chief Financial Officer, effective November 2, 2026. Dr. Silberstein succeeds Ming (Kyler) Lei, who tendered his resignation as CFO effective October 30, 2026. The company stated that Mr. Lei's departure was not due to any disagreement regarding operations or policies. Dr. Silberstein brings over 25 years of experience in biotechnology leadership and capital markets, previously serving as CEO of FytonBio and CFO at GentiBio and Applied Therapeutics. He joins the company as it advances its lead clinical programs and pursues strategic partnerships.
