IMABNovaBridge Biosciences

NovaBridge Biosciences announced updated results from its ongoing Phase 1b study of givastomig, a CLDN18.2 x 4-1BB bispecific antibody, presented at the ESMO Congress 2026. The dataset includes nearly 18 months of median follow-up for 71 patients and supports the selection of the 8 mg/kg dose for registrational development in first-line metastatic gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma. Among efficacy-evaluable patients at this dose, the objective response rate was 79%, with a median duration of response of 15.2 months and median progression-free survival of 16.9 months. Clinical activity was observed across CLDN18.2 expression levels, including an 82% response rate in patients with high expression (≥75%) and 75% in those with lower expression (1%-74%). The company highlighted alignment with the FDA on a global Phase 3 study protocol, alongside existing Orphan Drug and Fast Track Designations. NovaBridge is a biotechnology company advancing therapeutic programs in oncology and ophthalmology.
