Immuneering Corporation announced updated Phase 2a clinical trial data for atebimetinib in combination with mGnP in first-line pancreatic cancer patients, reporting a median overall survival of 17.3 months compared to 8.5 months for the standard of care. The 320 mg dose group demonstrated a median progression-free survival of 8.3 months, an overall response rate of 36%, and a disease control rate of 82%. The company also expects to dose the first patient in a pivotal Phase 3 trial in mid-2026.
