Immuneering Corporation appointed Andrew Gengos as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, effective on or before July 16, 2026. Mr. Gengos, formerly of Terns Pharmaceuticals, will succeed Mallory Morales in the role of principal financial officer, while Ms. Morales will continue as principal accounting officer. His employment agreement includes a $530,000 annual base salary, a 40% target discretionary annual performance bonus, and a contingent 650,000 share option grant.
