Immatics reports 51% ORR for IMA203CD8 TCR T-cell therapy in Phase 1 solid tumor trial

Immatics N.V. announced updated Phase 1 data for its investigational IMA203CD8 PRAME-directed TCR T-cell therapy across multiple advanced solid tumors. The analysis included 90 efficacy-evaluable patients, demonstrating an objective response rate (ORR) of 51% and a confirmed ORR of 41%. Disease control was observed in 82% of patients at week 6, with durable responses lasting over 2.5 years. In the gynecologic cancer subgroup treated at clinically relevant doses, the ORR reached 60%. The therapy showed a manageable safety profile with no maximum tolerated dose reached up to 12.5 billion cells.
