Insmed appoints former Sanofi CEO Paul Hudson and Verily CFO Utpal Koppikar to its Board

Insmed appointed Paul Hudson as a Class II director and Utpal Koppikar as a Class I director, effective October 19, 2026. Hudson joins from Sanofi, where he served as CEO until February 2026, bringing extensive global biopharma leadership experience. Koppikar arrives from Verily Health, serving as CFO since April 2023, adding deep financial expertise to the board. Both directors will receive annual cash retainers of $65,000 and restricted stock unit grants valued at approximately $585,000 each.
