Insmed CFO Sara Bonstein to step down October 30; company reaffirms full-year revenue guidance

The departure is voluntary and not related to any disagreements regarding accounting practices or internal controls. Insmed has initiated a search for a successor CFO. Concurrently, the company reaffirmed its full-year 2026 financial guidance, projecting revenue of $1.25 billion to $1.40 billion for BRINSUPRI and $450 million to $470 million for ARIKAYCE.
