IperionX validated its GenX™ continuous titanium production platform at its Virginia R&D facility through four campaigns totaling over 500 kg of powder. The system achieved six times the throughput and reduced power consumption by more than 75% compared to batch processing, while lowering magnesium and hydrogen use by over 45% and 60%, respectively. All spherical samples met ASTM Grade 23 oxygen specifications, with angular samples meeting Grade 5 standards. The company plans to optimize operations in Q4 2026 and begin engineering evaluations for the first industrial-scale GenX™ line. IperionX operates in the critical materials industry, producing high-performance titanium alloys using patented low-energy technologies.
