Ingersoll Rand reported second quarter 2026 results with revenues of $2,049 million, up 9% year-over-year, and net income attributable to the company of $257 million, or $0.66 per share. Adjusted net income was $339 million, or $0.86 per share, representing a 7% increase. The company generated $520 million in adjusted EBITDA with a margin of 25.4%. Ingersoll Rand updated its full-year 2026 guidance, projecting revenue growth of 4.5% to 6.5%, adjusted EBITDA between $2,130 million and $2,190 million, and adjusted EPS of $3.45 to $3.57. The company also announced the signing of an acquisition for Fai Filtri s.r.l., expected to close in Q4 2026, and expects to close on a U.S.-based blower manufacturer acquisition on July 31, 2026.
