Ingersoll Rand Inc. has reset its Board of Directors to nine members and appointed Aurobind Satpathy as a new director, effective July 15, 2025. Mr. Satpathy will also serve as a member of the company's Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and its Sustainability Committee.
