IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones S.A. signed a barter agreement for a new lot of 6,947 sqm with an estimated total saleable area of 17,500 sqm for the Ramblas del Plata project. The transaction is valued at USD 14.175 million and includes an upfront cash payment and future saleable area. The company operates in the real estate industry and develops commercial and residential properties.
