Integer Holdings Corporation announced that Jim Stephens, currently President of Cardiac Rhythm Management & Neuromodulation, will transition to Executive Vice President, Special Projects effective June 29, 2026. This role is scheduled to conclude on March 31, 2027. Under a letter agreement dated June 26, 2026, if a Change of Control occurs before the termination date and Mr. Stephens remains employed through that date, his departure will be treated as a termination without Cause per his existing agreement. Mr. Stephens will be ineligible for short-term or long-term incentive awards in 2027. Integer Holdings Corporation is a medical device contract manufacturer.
