On July 23, 2026, Incannex Healthcare Inc. announced the commencement of participant screening for its DReAMzz Phase 2 dose confirmation study of IHL-42X, a therapy for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). The study aims to optimize dosing and evaluate objective sleep metrics and patient-reported outcomes to support future Phase III development and regulatory approval. IHL-42X has previously received FDA Fast Track designation and showed up to an 83% reduction in the Apnea-Hypopnea Index (AHI) in prior Phase 2 data.
