JELD-WEN Holding reported a third-quarter net loss of $17.2 million, or $0.20 per diluted share, compared to a $367.6 million loss in the prior-year period. Net revenues decreased 1.4% to $798.5 million, driven by a 2% decline in volume and mix that was partially offset by 1% price realization benefits. Adjusted EBITDA rose 22.6% to $54.4 million, supported by tariff refunds and lower SG&A expenses. The company also commenced transactions to extend debt maturities and raise $135.0 million in incremental liquidity while retaining its European business following a strategic review.
