Keysight appoints Jason Kary as CFO, succeeding Neil Dougherty who steps down after 13 years

The Board of Directors appointed Jason Kary as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective December 18, 2026. He succeeds outgoing CFO Neil Dougherty, who served for 13 years and will remain in an advisory role through the end of fiscal year 2027 to support the transition. The departure is for personal reasons with no disagreements regarding operations or policies. Kary previously led the Electronic Industrial Solutions Group and held various finance roles within the company since 1996. Keysight Technologies designs, emulates, and tests solutions for engineering teams across industries including AI infrastructure, communications, and semiconductors.
