Keysight Technologies, Inc. appointed Scott Reese as a Class I director effective August 26, 2026, increasing the Board size from ten to eleven members. Mr. Reese will serve on the Audit and Finance and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees, receiving half of the standard annual compensation for the plan year ending February 28, 2027. He brings extensive experience as former President and CEO of GE Vernova Electrification Software and nearly two decades at Autodesk. Keysight Technologies operates in the electronic test and measurement industry.
