KinderCare appoints Preston Grasty to Board; names David Barse Audit Committee chair

On September 29, 2026, Michael Nuzzo resigned from KinderCare Learning Companies' Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and Compensation Committee to devote time to other commitments. The Board appointed David Barse as chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee. Preston Grasty was appointed to fill the vacancy caused by Nuzzo's resignation, serving as a Class II director until the 2029 annual meeting. Grasty, a Senior Investment Leader at Partners Group, previously served on the Board from September 2024 to June 2025 and is not entitled to compensation under the company’s director policy due to his affiliation with Partners Group.
