KinderCare Education LLC entered into an Amended and Restated Fifth Amendment to its Master Lease Agreement with KCP RE LLC, effective August 11, 2026. The amendment restructures the lease for 545 center sites by dividing them into six schedules with varying expiration dates ranging from December 31, 2029, through December 31, 2042. Thirteen Schedule 1 sites were transferred to an affiliate, KCP RE II LLC, under a new master lease ending in 2029 at the same annual rent.
