Kulicke and Soffa Industries, Inc. appointed Dr. Raj Talluri as President and Chief Executive Officer effective September 1, 2026, with his election to the Board of Directors taking effect August 17, 2026. The company disclosed a compensation package including a $750,000 annual base salary, a target bonus equal to 110% of base salary, and a one-time new hire equity award valued at $14.0 million comprising restricted stock units and performance share units. Lester Wong will remain as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer while transitioning from his interim CEO role. Dr. Talluri previously served as CEO of Enovix Corporation and held senior leadership positions at Micron Technology, Qualcomm, and Texas Instruments.
