Kodiak Sciences Inc. announced that its Phase 3 DAYBREAK study met primary endpoints for both Zenkuda (tarcocimab tedromer) and tabirafusp-ted (KSI-501) in patients with wet age-related macular degeneration. Zenkuda demonstrated non-inferiority to aflibercept, with 54% of patients achieving a 24-week dosing interval under strict treat-to-dryness criteria. Tabirafusp-ted met its vision primary endpoint (p=0.0036) and anatomical secondary endpoint (p<0.0001). The company plans to submit a biologics license application for Zenkuda in the fourth quarter of 2026, supported by five positive Phase 3 studies across wet AMD, diabetic retinopathy, and retinal vein occlusion.
