Kosmos Energy Ltd. completed the sale of its participating interests in the Ceiba Field and Okume Complex production assets in Block G offshore Equatorial Guinea to a subsidiary of Panoro Energy ASA on June 16, 2026. The transaction resulted in approximately $127 million in final cash consideration, with additional contingent consideration of up to $39.5 million based on production and oil price thresholds through 2029.
