Kiora Pharmaceuticals appointed Keith Lane as Executive Vice President, Head of Clinical Development and Regulatory Affairs, effective September 8, 2026. Lane brings over 20 years of ophthalmology experience, previously serving as Chief Scientific Officer at Ora, Inc., where he oversaw clinical operations for more than 60 trials, including 12 global Phase 3 studies supporting three new drug applications. His compensation includes a $350,000 annual base salary, a $75,000 sign-on bonus, and a performance bonus target of up to 35% of his base salary. He will also receive an option to purchase 55,000 shares under the Company’s 2024 Equity Incentive Plan, vesting one-third after one year and monthly thereafter over two years. Lane will lead U.S. and global clinical development for Kiora's pipeline, including KIO-301 for retinitis pigmentosa. Kiora Pharmaceuticals is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing small molecule therapies for retinal diseases.
