On June 22, 2026, Kimbell Royalty Partners, LP and its affiliate, Kimbell Royalty Operating, LLC, completed the acquisition of mineral and royalty interests from Mesa Visa Royalties, LLC, Mesa Royalties III Holdings, LLC, and Mesa Land Company, LLC. The acquired assets are located across various counties in Texas and New Mexico.
