Dmitri Nikitin appointed Executive Chairman and CEO as Wayne Tupuola resigns

Laser Photonics Corporation appointed Dmitri Nikitin, the company's founder, as Executive Chairman of the Board and principal executive officer effective October 12, 2026. Nikitin received a $400,000 annual base salary and an initial equity award of two million shares, with 50% vesting immediately and the remainder over two years. Concurrently, CEO Wayne Tupuola resigned for personal reasons effective October 13, 2026, stepping down from the Board as well. Ann Tewari concluded her service as Interim President and returned to her role as Vice President of Operations. Nikitin brings over 35 years of experience in laser technology innovation and previously served as CEO of Fonon Technologies, Inc., which holds a significant stake in the company. Laser Photonics Corporation develops directed energy and laser technology platforms for defense, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and industrial markets.
