LASE Corp. changes name from Laser Photonics to reflect defense and quantum focus

LASE Corp., formerly known as Laser Photonics Corporation, filed a certificate of amendment with the Delaware Secretary of State on November 4, 2026, officially changing its corporate name to LASE Corp. The company also adopted Second Amended and Restated Bylaws to reflect this change and its prior reincorporation in Delaware. Trading will continue under the ticker symbol "LASE" on The Nasdaq Capital Market. The rebranding aims to simplify the corporate structure and highlight a strategic pivot toward defense growth, specifically quantum directed-energy weapons for national security applications, while maintaining operations in pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and industrial markets.
