LCI Industries filed a current report to announce that it and Patrick Industries, Inc. have filed their respective Premerger Notification and Report Forms with the Federal Trade Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act on August 5, 2026. This filing satisfies one of the conditions required to close the previously announced merger agreement dated June 30, 2026, which involves a two-step merger process resulting in LCI becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Patrick.
