L3Harris appoints ATI CEO Kimberly Fields to Board as directors increase from 11 to 12

On October 21, 2026, L3Harris Technologies increased its authorized board size from eleven to twelve members and appointed Kimberly Fields as an independent director. Fields currently serves as President, CEO, and Chair of ATI, Inc., bringing extensive experience in complex manufacturing and operations leadership from roles at IDEX Corporation, GE Energy, Alcoa, and others. Her initial term expires at the 2027 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, and she was not assigned to any board committees upon appointment. L3Harris Technologies is a defense technology company providing end-to-end solutions across space, air, land, sea, and cyber domains.
