L3Harris Technologies, Inc. approved special one-time equity awards, known as Sustainment Awards, to CFO Kenneth Sharp ($5,000,000), President of Missile Solutions Kenneth Bedingfield ($10,000,000), and President of Space & Mission Systems and Communications & Spectrum Dominance Samir Mehta ($10,000,000). The awards, to be granted on August 3, 2026, consist of 50% performance share units (PSUs) and 50% restricted stock units (RSUs) in the form of target dollar values. The PSUs are subject to a following three-year performance period (fiscal years 2027-2029) based on organic revenue growth and operating margin.
