The Board of Directors approved an agreement to sell concrete and complementary services to SACDE Sociedad Argentina de Construcción y Desarrollo Estratégico S.A., a related party. The deal supports the construction of a granular urea production plant in Bahía Blanca over a 30-month period and was deemed to be on arm’s-length terms by the Audit Committee.
