Logistic Properties of the Americas sells Peru logistics park to FIBRA Prime for US$145M

LPALogistic Properties of the Americas

Logistic Properties of the Americas closed the sale of its Parque Logístico Lima Sur logistics park in Peru to FIBRA Prime for US$145.0 million on September 30, 2026, following antitrust approval by INDECOPI. The transaction price represents a nearly 20% premium over the property's carrying value as of June 30, 2026. LPA received US$85.0 million in cash at closing, with the remaining US$60.0 million structured as two equal installments of US$30.0 million due in 12 and 24 months. To accelerate access to these deferred proceeds, the company entered into a US$55.0 million credit facility with BTG Pactual at an 8.50% fixed annual interest rate. LPA will continue managing the asset for FIBRA Prime while redeploying capital toward its investment pipeline in Mexico. The company operates as a developer, owner, and manager of institutional-grade industrial and logistics real estate across Latin America.
