LPA agrees to sell Colombian logistics assets for US$152 million in all-cash deal

LPALogistic Properties of the Americas

Logistic Properties of the Americas announced an agreement to sell stabilized, income-producing facilities comprising Parque Logístico Calle 80 in Bogotá, Colombia, to Bancolombia S.A. The transaction is valued at COP 500 billion (approximately US$152 million) and will be settled in all cash. Closing is expected early in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary conditions. This marks LPA’s third sale of stabilized assets in 2026, bringing the aggregate value of completed and announced transactions this year to more than US$300 million. The portfolio includes five fully leased buildings totaling approximately 1.26 million square feet occupied by blue-chip multinational tenants. LPA expects to generate approximately US$70 million in net after-tax distributable proceeds, which it intends to redeploy for higher-returning growth opportunities. Upon closing, LPA will retain pad-ready land with capacity for approximately 1.08 million square feet of buildable area and continue as the park’s manager earning a facilities management fee. Logistic Properties of the Americas is a leading developer, owner, and manager of institutional-grade industrial and logistics real estate in Latin America.
