LG Display reports Q3 net profit of KRW 756 billion, turning from a loss

LG Display reported unaudited third-quarter 2026 results showing a turnaround to profitability. Revenues increased 12% quarter-on-quarter to KRW 6,277 billion, driven by higher shipments of large-sized and mobile OLED products during the peak season. Operating profit improved significantly from a loss of KRW 107.7 billion in Q2 to a profit of KRW 250.6 billion. Net income turned positive at KRW 755.6 billion, compared to a net loss of KRW 418.8 billion in the prior quarter and a minimal profit in Q3 2025. EBITDA reached KRW 1,214 billion with a margin of 19.3%. The company operates as a leading manufacturer of display technologies, including OLED and LCD panels for TVs, monitors, and mobile devices.
