Luda Tech appoints Liu Liangping as CFO after Yung Chi Man resigns

The Board of Directors accepted the immediate resignation of Chief Financial Officer Yung Chi Man for personal reasons, confirming no disagreements with the Company. The Board simultaneously appointed Ms. Liu Liangping as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Ms. Liu previously served as the Company's Chief Operating Officer and Director until her respective resignations in June and October 2026.
