Luda Technology appoints Huang Lilan as chief accounting officer

The Board of Luda Technology Group Limited approved the appointment of Ms. Huang Lilan as Chief Accounting Officer effective November 2, 2026. In this role, she will lead global finance and accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, tax functions, and advise on key strategic initiatives. Ms. Huang is 44 years old and previously served as Vice President and Financial Director for Solai Limited, having also worked as Chief Financial Officer of Loto Interactive Limited. She holds membership in the Association of International Accountants (AAIA) and graduated from the University of International Business and Economics.
