Lyell Immunopharma announced the completion of technology transfer for its LYL273 CAR T-cell product candidate to its LyFE Manufacturing Facility in Bothell, Washington, following FDA review. The company is continuing dosing of additional patients with the new manufacturing process in its Phase 1/2 trial for relapsed/refractory metastatic colorectal cancer to determine the recommended Phase 2 dose and optimize safety management. Additional clinical data and an End-of-Phase 1 meeting with the FDA are now expected in 2027.
