Maze Therapeutics appointed Paula A. Johnson as a Class III director and Sophie Kornowski as a Class I director effective August 13, 2026. Dr. Johnson receives a $40,000 annual cash retainer pro-rated for the remainder of the year plus committee retainers and an option to purchase 36,000 shares vesting monthly. Dr. Kornowski receives identical compensation terms. The Board also adjusted board class composition by reappointing Nancy C.
