MasterBrand names Mark Young interim CFO as Andrea Simon steps down

MasterBrand, Inc. appointed Mark A. Young, currently Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, as Interim Chief Financial Officer effective October 23, 2026. He succeeds Andrea Simon, who ceased serving as CFO on the same date but will remain in a non-executive advisory role until March 31, 2027 to facilitate transition. Young receives a $15,000 monthly stipend and a one-time $150,000 retention award during his interim tenure. The company has initiated a search for a permanent CFO. MasterBrand is the largest manufacturer of residential cabinets in North America.
