Moleculin completes dosing in Part A of pivotal MIRACLE trial for R/R AML; data expected Q1 2027

Moleculin Biotech completed patient dosing in Part A of its pivotal Phase 2/3 MIRACLE trial evaluating Annamycin combined with cytarabine (AnnAraC) for relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia. The fully treated, randomized, double-blind Part A population consists of n=90 patients, providing a balanced representation between those who failed intensive chemotherapy and venetoclax-based regimens. Comprehensive data from this cohort is expected in the first quarter of 2027 to support dose selection for Part B of the trial.
