Onterris reports Q3 EPS of $0.24 on $203M revenue and reiterates full-year guidance

Onterris reported third-quarter 2026 net income of $9.0 million, or $0.24 per diluted share, compared to $8.4 million, or $0.21 EPS, in the prior year period. Revenue was $203.0 million, down from $224.9 million, primarily due to the absence of a large-scale environmental emergency response event that generated $45.4 million in revenue last year. Excluding that event, consolidated revenue increased approximately 13.1%. Adjusted Net Income rose to $21.3 million ($0.56 Adj EPS) from $14.2 million ($0.36 Adj EPS), and Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA reached a record $35.9 million (17.7% of revenue). The company also completed three small acquisitions in the second half of 2026 and reiterated its full-year guidance, including midpoints representing at least 150 basis points of margin expansion compared to 2025.
